A growing business can have plenty of information and still struggle to see what needs attention. The operational story sits in one place, the financial picture in another, and someone has to bring them together before a decision can be made.
That is where we want Kove to begin. We focus on the person responsible for connecting those views, especially in businesses that have real complexity but limited internal finance or analytical capacity.
Our ambition is independence
Our founding principle is to work ourselves out of a job. We want each engagement to leave people better able to understand their information, operate the workflow and make the next decision themselves.
That shapes how we intend to work: start with a useful question, explain the choices, build alongside the people who know the business and transfer the capability. The client owns the AI licence and buys it directly from the provider.
Useful technology needs operating judgment
AI can help connect information, prepare analysis and make recurring work more manageable. The meaning of an exception, the importance of an assumption and the decision to act still need someone who understands the business.
Our work brings finance and operating experience into that conversation. Advisory, implementation support and coaching all have a place when they help a team take ownership.
